My Story

I was born and raised in the Appalachian Foothills of Chattanooga, TN. After obtaining my degree in History from the University of Wyoming, I traveled extensively throughout the US, and my knowledge and experience of different cultures and landscapes throughout the country eventually led me to find my forever home in the North Georgia Mountains.

Currently, I am Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity Towns and Union Counties.  My heart and drive focus on helping others, and I have been blessed to not only become a part of this community but bless others through my philanthropic work.
My drive transpired me to create my own brand, Home in North Georgia.  My love for the natural beauty and elements of the Appalachian Mountains, and the ability to bring housing to the community are my inspirations.  My journey of discovering, crafting, and nurturing my dreams may offer valuable inspiration for you to embark on your own path towards realizing your aspirations. From conceptual ideas of land development, architecture, interior design, and construction, I can support you through the process.
